I have two brand-new subdomains inside my Go High Level account that need to live behind Cloudflare. Access to both GHL and Cloudflare is ready, so the DNS records can be added or adjusted immediately.
Once the subdomains resolve correctly, I want every message sent to anything@subdomain OR anything@maindomain to land in a single Gmail inbox. If a Cloudflare or GHL rule is needed to point traffic toward Gmail, that is fine; the end goal is to see every stray address delivered to Gmail without involving a full Google Workspace setup. However, marketing and email campaigns will be conducted directly within the GHL environment. Warmup and reputation maintenance - NOT deliverability - is the main priority/concern.
The third piece is email reputation. A shared CRM list of roughly 34 000 thoroughly scrubbed addresses must be warmed before any campaigns go out. I am comfortable using Warmy, Warmbox, Instantly.ai, or another comparable platform - but prefer whichever you believe will ramp up safest and quickest for two sending domains that share the same database.
Deliverables
• Two working subdomains routed through Cloudflare and mapped inside GHL (the two subdomains are already set-up within the GHL environment, one for each main URL (mastercre.com and hautrecre.com)
• Verified catch-all flow that delivers to Gmail and shows expected headers
• Warming plan executed to completion, with a final report on open, click and spam rates
Completion is confirmed when the DNS records propagate, test emails hit Gmail regardless of address variation, and the warm-up metrics show healthy deliverability for both subdomains.
