The machine consists of 5 electrical cabinets:
AK1 = main cabinet with Siemens controller and safety PLC
AK2 / AK4 / AK5 = 3 workstations, each with a local control cabinet
AK3 = control cabinet for the film machine
Firstly, the electrical diagram needs to be transferred 1:1 to E-Plan. The aim is to fit the existing electrical drawing into our template. Names of components, lines, cables, etc. has to be taken over from the existing pdf file.
For the components it selves, symbols may be slightly different, as long as they match in the new page layout and contain the same information (Brand / type / serial nr/ etc.)
To get started, I would like to begin by converting the pages relating to cabinet AK3.
If everything goes smoothly, the other parts of this machine can also be transferred. As this involves a controller upgrade for the machine, whereby the old Siemens S7 PLC and Schneider PLC are being replaced by new Siemens controllers, it would be useful for these new components to be included in the diagram from the outset. Details to be discussed.
I would therefore like to receive two quotes: one for converting the AK3 section to E-Plan + timing, and another for converting the remaining part along with the associated timing.
Should our collaboration prove successful, the intention is to commission more similar projects in the future.
