Image CaptionA simple hand held device for breathing exercises. It includes a firm handgrip component for average adult Right hand and a longitudinal breathing part to breathe out. Right thumb position needs to be in a specific location which I can share in a photograph. The second component’s dimensions are ~ 11 Cm long and 1.7 Cm in diameter at the mouthpiece end.This tubular part needs to be of firm to hard plastic material. The distant end diameter needs to be crafted in such a way that a forceful breath creates a low pitch whistle.
