I need someone to create an app for me to collect specific nformation. In some cases, users will be able to scan a serial number and the app will scan the internet to retrieve the correct information. In other instances, the app will be able to simply upload a pdf document with the relevant information. And in other instances, the app will be able to receive batch uploads of information directly from a manufacturer. The app needs to capture name, address, phone numbers and allow for manual input of information.
