Help needed to create monthly Newsletters templates within for GoHighLevel

Only reply if you have a very high level of skill with the Email Template Newsletter builder of GoHighLevel, and have strong graphic design experience.
Goal:
Create 3 templates for three different franchise business brands
Each of these three, we wish to be similar in layout/design style, but each using the brand’s logos and colors of those different brands, so there is consistency but clearly a differentiator. (our firm manages these three brands)
We will provide the text / news content
Part II:
We will provide new content each month for these newsletters, to add and prepare to be published.
Project:
When these first 3 templates are being build, we will require a one-on-one zoom webinar to discuss and start editing.
We will want you to create simple screen share videos of “How to” to make textual edits and elements edits to these templates.
