Good day to everyone!
I am looking for a video editor, more specifically, a reaction editor using the game Gacha Club.
I’ll note right away: a huge number of watched anime titles and knowledge of fandoms are required, so anime fans, this is the best job for you (plus it's remote)!
I also want to emphasize—this is a creatively oriented job; a high level of empathy is required (so that you can inhabit the character’s role) as well as patience. You will need a lot of it during the initial training period.

If you don't know what gacha reaction is, simply search for "gacha react to" on youtube.

If you haven't watched anime, or have only watched a couple of most popular titles, please do not apply!
Preference is given to young people 16+ years old.

Now, more details about the job:

We make reaction videos—characters from popular anime react to "something". Videos are created using the game "Gacha Club"—this game allows you to modify movements, poses, and emotions of the characters. Basically like an model rigging tool.
Next, a sequence of screenshots is taken and stitched into a video, and subtitles are added.

The process is simple (which, of course, has a lot of nuances), but not fast.
One 10-minute video takes about 5 hours to make.
The videos are intended for an audience of 10-16 years old.
I want to emphasize that for this content, you do not need proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, or other somewhat complex editing programs; you don't need to write about your video editing experience—for this job, that is secondary.

Most of our editors make videos from their phones (or PC); editing is just a stitched sequence of screenshots that change at the right moment to display the character's emotion.

The skill required for this job is a boosted creativity skill, straight to 500% + the ability to understand the lore of a particular anime, understand the characters' personalities, key events, and the history of the characters in order to correctly display their reactions. I also value experience in roleplaying.

Second, very important point.
Often, the TikToks or videos that the characters will react to will be very repetitive. You will still need to come up with lines for the heroes and adjust their emotions even for such TikToks.  This is quite difficult.
I'm telling you upfront, the work is VERY specific. If you think the job will consist of just randomly placing character emotions under a video and writing default lines "just to write something," or doing everything through AIs like character.ai—you will be out within the first week of the probation period.
We do reactions in English. Knowledge of English is absolutely not required if you know how to use translators via ChatGPT.

Third point, before applying for the vacancy, answer the following questions for yourself:

Are you ready to study hard during the probation period and devote at least a week to it, 5-6 hours a day?

Do I understand that this is a full-time job, not a side hustle, and that tasks will be set with strict adherence to deadlines?

will this be consistent with my study/second job schedule?

employment options: part-time load (5 hours a day) - 5 videos per week, 10 minutes each. Payment - from 400$ / month net + bonuses for good video engagement.
Full-time - (2 videos a day), 5/2 work schedule, payment from 900$ + bonuses

You choose the days off yourself; you can spread them out however is convenient for you during the week.

Be prepared to do a paid test task. You will be given 24 hours for the test.
Be prepared to learn; some time will pass before you understand all the conventions of reactions, but don't worry, you will be taught everything.

The internship and probation periods are fully paid
