I am seeking a highly organized and creative Multimedia Producer for a long-term partnership to manage the video production pipeline for two distinct music channels under my label.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality music videos on a weekly basis, managing two different creative workflows simultaneously while maintaining distinct brand identities for each channel.
**Production Volume**
* **Total Volume:**
3 videos per week
(1 AI-generated video; 2 stock-footage-based videos).
**Your Responsibilities:**
**Channel 1 (AI Production):** Utilize professional-grade AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Luma, Kling) to generate cinematic, consistent character and scene visuals based on my brand imagery.
**Channel 2 (Stock Footage Production):
** Source, curate, and edit high-end, commercially licensed stock footage (luxury, fashion, nightlife, intimate/sensual aesthetic) to create moody, cinematic music videos.
**Post-Production:**
Perform rhythmic editing, professional color grading, and sound syncing for all videos weekly.
**Requirements:**
**Proven Experience:**
Must demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver a consistent weekly volume of 3 videos without sacrificing quality.
* **Technical Mastery:**
Expert proficiency in
**Adobe Premiere Pro** or **DaVinci Resolve**.
**AI & Stock Expertise:**
Must have an established, efficient workflow for AI video generation AND experience sourcing professional commercial stock footage.
**Aesthetic Consistency:**
A strong eye for "noir," moody, cinematic, and sensual storytelling.
**Intellectual Property & Copyright Assignment (Crucial):**
* **Work for Hire:**
All work produced under this contract is considered a "work for hire."
**Full Ownership:**
Upon full payment, the Contractor irrevocably assigns all rights, title, and interest in the produced work (including full copyright, commercial usage rights, and any related moral rights) to the Client.
**No Retained Rights:**
The Contractor shall retain no ownership interest in the final videos and agrees not to use, sell, or display the produced content for any other purpose without the Client's express written consent.
**Source Files:**
The Contractor must deliver all source project files (e.g., Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve project files) upon the completion of each project.
**Deliverables:**
* 3 finalized music videos (3–4 mins each) per week, ready for YouTube.
* Fully color-graded final exports and corresponding project files.
* Confirmation that all stock assets utilized are commercially licensed.
