Project Objectives:
- Form Design & Implementation: Create a responsive and user-friendly Call Back Request form similar to the one detailed on the website.
- Mailchimp Integration: Connect the form to a specific Mailchimp audience list and configure it to automatically add new submissions to the list with appropriate tagging.
- Email Notifications: Set up immediate email notifications to be sent to a designated email address each time a submission is made. The notification email should clearly include all submitted details.
- Confirmation Message :After submission, redirect the user to the thank you page at https://fasttrackevictions.co.uk/thank-you.
- Deliverables: Deliver a fully functional "Call Back Request" form and provide code that I can embed on the website (drupal website block). Ensure seamless integration with Mailchimp, including audience list setup and tagging. Configure the email notification system for incoming submissions. Provide clear documentation explaining the setup and how to make future edits.
- Testing & Validation: Test the form thoroughly for functionality across different devices and browsers. Confirm that the data is captured correctly in Mailchimp and that email notifications are consistently received.
Offer post-deployment support for a defined period to address any issues or questions.
