Custom Sales & Call Tracking Dashboard (Admin & Company Views)

Overview:We need a custom dashboard solution with two distinct views—Admin View and Company View—to track sales performance, call outcomes, and revenue data over customizable date ranges.

Project Requirements:

1. Dashboard Views

Company View:

  • Displays overall company performance (no sales rep-specific data).

  • Date range filters: Most recent 45, 90, 120 days and a custom date range search option

  • Metrics to display:

    • Total booked strategy session calls

    • Total attended strategy session calls

    • Show rate

    • Total sales revenue

    • Revenue per booked call

    • Total deposits

    • % of deposits per booked call

    • Total Paid in Full transactions

    • % of deposits to Paid in Full transactions

Admin View:

  • Displays all the same metrics as Company View plus data broken down by individual sales rep.

  • Ability to sort and rank coaches by any metric (e.g., highest sales revenue, most booked calls, etc.).

  • Displays data for each sales rep and the total for each metric


2. Data Sources & Integration

Booked Calls Tracking:

  • Strategy Session call are booked via Go High Level (GHL). Assigned to a sales rep based on availability.

  • Each booked call and the attendee must be linked to the correct coach and scheduled date of the call.

Sales Transactions:

  • Captured via Google Form and stored in Google Sheets (“Sales Registry”).

  • Must connect customer sales transactions to specific sales rep and date.

  • Transactions include: deposit, additional payment, or Paid in Full.

  • Only count sales, deposits and “paid in full” transactions if the customer's booked strategy session call took place within the selected date range.

Cancellations & Reschedules:

  • If a scheduled call is canceled, it must be removed from that coach’s total booked calls.

  • If rescheduled to a different coach, reassign appropriately and update call date.


3. Technical & UI Requirements

  • Mobile-optimized, user-friendly dashboard interface.

  • Admin View: full access to all data.

  • Company view: limited to company-wide summary only. (No individual sales rep data)

  • Admin view and Company view are separate from each other. The Company view link will have no access to see the Admin view

  • password protection for both the Admin View and the Company View

  • Real-time or near real-time updates from data sources.


Deliverables:

  • Fully functional dashboard with Admin and Company views.

  • Data integration and automation from GHL, and Google Sheets.

  • Clear documentation for dashboard use and maintenance.


Budget for project is $750
Time is of the essence. We need this completed within 4 days.
