We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Executive cum Business Development Executive for our Waterless Car Wash services catering to flats and apartment complexes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing client relationships, and expanding our service reach within residential communities.
Identify and approach new residential complexes, flats, and societies for service onboarding.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, providing information about waterless car wash services.
Conduct on-ground visits to promote the waterless car wash concept.
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, society committees, and residents.
Develop and implement strategies to increase service penetration within targeted apartments.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain an updated database of contacts and service appointments.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and expand service coverage.
Hindi Language with Tamil & English required..
