An experienced Customer Service Trainer is needed to deliver training sessions for my students focused on developing key customer service skills. His or her Responsibilities will include;
- Provide comprehensive training on customer service best practices.
- Create training materials and exercises tailored to students’ needs.
- Assess students’ progress and give constructive feedback.
- Support students in improving their communication and problem-solving abilities. The Requirements needed are;
- Proven experience as a customer service trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design engaging and effective training content.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology.
