I am looking for a highly skilled and diligent Customer Support Manager to join our Customer Support team on a freelance basis for approximately 6 months. You will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and leading my team to ensure excellent customer support service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach the customer support team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement best practices, processes, and quality standards for customer support activities.
- Manage escalated customer issues and provide expert guidance.
- Analyze support metrics to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Develop training materials and conduct regular coaching sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve workflows.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to managing customer support.
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to delivering high-quality customer service and improving team outcomes.
