Administrative & Secretarial Email / Chat / Conferencing

I’m looking to hire 2 reliable Customer Support Representatives to join my team and handle customer interactions across phone calls, live chat, and email support. This is a remote role with consistent hours and clear performance expectations.


Scope of Work:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally  

- Respond to live chat inquiries in real time  

- Manage and reply to customer emails promptly  

- Assist customers with general inquiries, account issues, and basic troubleshooting  

- Escalate complex or technical issues when necessary  

- Maintain accurate records of conversations and resolutions  


Work Volume & Schedule:

- 5–6 hours per day (minimum 4 hours)  

- 5 days per week (2 days off)  

- Must be available for scheduled shifts (US and/or EST overlap preferred)  

- Ongoing work with potential for long-term engagement  


Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in customer support (call, chat, or email)  

- Strong written and spoken English  

- Comfortable handling phone conversations professionally  

- Familiar with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar  

- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment  

- Ability to multitask and respond quickly across multiple channels  


Performance Expectations:

- Fast response time across all channels  

- High customer satisfaction and professionalism  

- Ability to follow scripts/guidelines while remaining helpful and human
