Administrative & Secretarial Personal / Virtual Assistance


I am looking to hire two reliable freelancers on Guru: one Customer Support Specialist and one Virtual Assistant. Both roles will help me manage day-to-day communication, organisation, and basic admin tasks so I can focus on core business work.


1) Role: Customer Support Specialist


Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat in a friendly and professional tone

- Answer common questions using FAQs and guidelines provided

- Handle basic issues and escalate complex problems with clear notes

- Keep simple records of customer interactions in a spreadsheet

- Provide daily or weekly summaries of common questions and feedback


Requirements:

- Strong written English and clear communication style

- Previous experience in customer support or similar role (preferred)

- Good typing speed and attention to detail

- Ability to follow processes and use provided templates

- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely


2) Role: Virtual Assistant


Responsibilities:

- Manage and organise emails (tagging, basic replies, follow-ups)

- Help with scheduling, calendar management, and reminders

- Organise files and documents in Google Drive or similar tools

- Create and update simple spreadsheets and lists

- Assist with small research or admin tasks as needed


Requirements:

- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support (preferred)

- Strong organisation and time management skills

- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

- Good written English and clear communication

- Ability to work independently and respect deadlines


Project Details:

- Both roles are remote and freelance

- Part-time, flexible hours (to be discussed with selected freelancers)

- Ongoing work if performance is good

- Payment: hourly or fixed-price per month, based on experience and agreed workload
