We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and curious Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to provide insights and support strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Create visualizations and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Support data-driven decision-making by providing ad hoc analysis as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1–3+ years preferred).
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
