Data Entry Assistant for Embroidery Order Files
Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to help us create embroidery order files based on sales received through Shopify and Odoo. The job is quite straightforward: you will read daily sales data and transfer key information (what needs to be embroidered, color, placement, etc.) into a shared Excel (.xls) sheet. This document will be used by our embroidery production team to prepare the correct designs for each order. Tasks include Reviewing daily orders in Shopify and Odoo Extracting embroidery-related details (customer name, product type, color, personalization text, etc.)Entering all data accurately into a shared Excel sheet Ensuring consistency and clarity so the embroidery team can execute without errors Cross-checking entries to avoid mistakes Requirements: Excellent attention to detail Experience with data entry and Excel Familiarity with Shopify or Odoo (basic navigation only)Good written and spoken English Reliable and responsive (we need daily updates, Monday to Friday)Workload & Schedule: Around 1-2 hour per day, Monday to FridayWork can be done remotely and flexibly within 24 hours of order receipt Ideal candidate: Organized and consistent Comfortable with repetitive data work Looking for a long-term, part-time engagement Affordable hourly rate (we are looking for someone in the $5/hour range)
