Data Entry - Uploading Images & Project Details To Smartsuite
Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help organize and upload images from a Google sheet, match them to jobs in Jobber, and input/upload the correct job records and files into SmartSuite.This is a one-time data organization and entry task, but could lead to more ongoing work if successful.Responsibilities:Review a Google Sheet containing a list of filenames of images/videos (with extracted timestamps).Cross-reference media files with job details exported from Jobber (matching based on date/time, team member, or notes).Upload each matched image or video to the corresponding job record in SmartSuite.Ensure the SmartSuite entry includes:Job titleClient nameJob dateAttached image(s) or video(s) with proper link or uploadFlag any mismatches or unclear records for review.There are a total 4380 images to be uploaded - rate is at $0.05 per file.
