Responsibilities:
Convert PDF files into organized Excel sheets
Maintain original formatting and structure where applicable
Ensure data is accurately transcribed with no errors
Flag or highlight any unclear or missing information
Deliver clean, usable Excel files that meet the provided guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience with PDF to Excel data entry projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formatting, tables, basic formulas)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Acrobat, OCR software, or online PDF converters (a plus)
