Data Researcher – Build Verified Emails

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented data researcher to help build a comprehensive, verified email list of K–12 school staff nationwide. We will provide you with a list of schools to research. Your task is to find all verified email addresses for school employees (no students) at each school.

We are starting with 10 schools as a paid test, with the full project expanding to approximately 1,160 schools once the quality of your work is confirmed.

Responsibilities:
Research each school in the provided list.
Find all available verified email addresses for anyone employed by the school (administrators, teachers, support staff, etc.; no students).
Use your own tools and methods to identify and verify email addresses.
Input data into the provided spreadsheet template accurately and consistently.
Deliver clean, deduplicated, verified emails.

Requirements:
Proven experience in data research, lead generation, or contact list building.
Familiarity with email-finding and verification tools (no tools will be provided).
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Commitment to ethical data collection practices and compliance with privacy regulations.

Deliverables:
A spreadsheet (template provided) containing all verified email addresses for each school in the list.
Each entry must include (if available): name, title/role, email address, and school name.
Only verified, deliverable emails (no guesses or unverified addresses).
No LinkedIn URLs or student emails required.

Scope of Work:
Initial test: 10 schools.
Full project: Approximately 1,160 schools nationwide.

Budget:
Please propose your rate for the initial 10 schools.

Timeline:
We are looking to start immediately with the 10-school test project. Please let us know how long this will take to complete.
