Requirements
Require a commercial application that implements decentralized AI Agents. The front end, middleware, backend, database and non-functional requirements are described below at a high level.
Deliverables
1. The front end has 10 main features, each of which can be implemented by one straight forward workflow in N8N for example. However, a creative UI/UX design is required to provide an innovative display these features to each user.
2. The purpose of the middleware is to provide dedicated agentic functionality to users at volume. Each user is represented by a dedicated or virtual AI Agent. This decentralized AI Agent functionality could be simulated by N8N queue mode, for example. An alternative option, which is less scalable, is to provide clusters of AI Agents that enable dedicated agentic functionality for each user. The middleware determines what each user is trying to do, then converts each request into one of 25 commands. Each of these 25 commands is implemented by one backend workflow.
3. The backend could be implemented by 25 straightforward N8N workflows. For example, monitor the status of all records in the main table. If the status field changes from Draft to Review, for any record, then execute these X instructions then write a predetermined payload to the Review Table. These workflows are not overly complex.
4. The system requires a database. We will provide an outline that will help you design the database that supports the commands and other functionality.
5. Non-functional requirements. The developer must have experience building commercial grade web and mobile solutions. The developer must list a number of past projects demonstrate expertise with non-functional considerations including the following:

2. Performance and Scalability.
3. Architecture and Maintainability.
4. Monitoring and Observability.
5. Compliance and Legal.
6. AI Specific Concerns
7. UX and Accessibility
8. Business Readiness
NOTE: There are many coding assistants available that can help accelerate this development effort. There are also many tools available that can create N8N workflows.
Bids
The bid must include the following:
1. Cost. Fixed Price. Deliverable based.
2. Timeline.
3. Deployment plan, such as Phase1- Web, Phase 2 – Mobile.
4. List of prior experience building commercial grade agentic solutions.
5. Documentation that will be provided.
6. Version management.
7. Plan for code reviews and technical oversight to assure coding quality, compliance and standardization.
8. Handover plan.
If you do not have significant experience building commercial-grade agentic solutions with a list of successful past projects then you are unlikely to win this bid.
