Designer for Physical Health Concept Art

I need a graphic designer to create three custom designs for apparel/print use:
Design 1:
A red arm flexing, with visible veins.
The bicep should form the shape of a heart.
Place the word PHYSICAL in the lower right-hand corner of a 2.75x2.75 inch box.
Design 2:
A pink arm, smaller and feminine, with the bicep also forming a heart.
Place the word PHYSICAL in the lower right-hand corner of a 2.75x2.75 inch box.
Design 3 (Pattern):
A looping pattern of the following 10 words: Energy, Power, Strength, Grind, Motion, Endurance, Sweat, Flex, Vitality, Fuel.
Words should repeat and be separated by a black 💪 emoji.
The design should fill a 10x10 inch box.
Requirements:
Clean, bold, creative style.
Deliverables in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG) and print-ready files (PNG, PSD, or PDF).
Must be suitable for use on apparel and merchandise.
Attention to detail and ability to follow the concept closely.
