Develop App for IOT devices

We are looking for an experienced developer to create a web application for managing and monitoring IoT devices in agriculture.

The platform should include the following features:

Dashboard & Device Monitoring
Real-time status of IoT devices (sensors, controllers, etc.)
Device control (send commands remotely)
Interactive map with device locations
Historical data, statistics, and charts for device performance and sensor readings

User Management & Permissions
Multi-user access with role-based permissions
Ability to share data with other users
Administrator panel to register/manage IoT sensors and devices, aministrator of portal view, statistics
Logging of device activity, service logs, and user login history

Subscription & Billing
Subscription management based on the number of devices linked to an account
Automated billing/plan handling

Database & Backend
Store sensor data, user accounts, subscriptions, logs, etc. in MySQL or other relational DB
Scalable structure to support future growth and new sensor/device types
Multiple languages

Technology & Hosting
Preferred stack: Angular or PHP (Laravel) for the frontend/backend - but to be decided
Mobile responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Deployment on Ubuntu server (or similar Linux environment)

Future Development
The portal should be extensible and future-proof
Potential for long-term collaboration for maintenance, adding new features, and integrating additional sensor/device types

What we are looking for:
Strong experience in IoT platforms, web apps, and data visualization
Experience with responsive design and building scalable applications
Ability to deliver clean, documented, and maintainable code
Experience with subscription/payment integration is a plus
Good communication skills and availability for ongoing collaboration
