I am looking to have an app created where I can send a recap of main points discussed in therapy, as well as therapy homework to my client individually. It has to be able to allow to type a personalized message to each client, be HIPAA compliant (privacy), and store previous notes per client. It needs to be HIPAA compliant or encrypted somehow.
