We are an established company in the wholesale automotive industry
looking for an experienced developer or small development team to
build a new B2B SaaS platform.
The product, AARbDesk, will be a case-management and workflow platform
designed specifically for automotive wholesale arbitration
departments. It will help users receive, organize, track, manage,
document and report arbitration cases from initial notification
through resolution.
This is not a generic CRM project. We are looking for someone with
experience building real SaaS applications involving workflow
automation, email/data ingestion, user permissions, dashboards,
document management and subscription billing.
The initial MVP is expected to include:
- Email intake/parsing to help create arbitration cases automatically
- Structured case records tied to vehicle/VIN, auction, buyer/seller
and transaction information
- Case status and workflow management
- Deadline and rules-based tracking
- Notes, communications and attachment/document storage
- Searchable case history
- User and organization permissions
- Dashboard and management reporting
- Notifications and reminders
- Subscription/usage management
- Architecture capable of supporting an optional AI-assisted feature set
The platform should be designed as a multi-tenant SaaS application
capable of supporting multiple automotive auctions and dealer
organizations while keeping each customer's information securely
separated.
We already have extensive industry knowledge, defined use cases and
workflow concepts. You will not be expected to figure out the
automotive arbitration business yourself. We need a technical partner
who can translate our industry knowledge into a clean, reliable and
scalable product.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience building B2B SaaS
or workflow/case-management applications. Experience with multi-tenant
architecture, APIs, email parsing, document management, Stripe or
similar subscription billing, cloud deployment and AI/API integrations
is highly desirable.
Automotive experience is desired, not required
