We are seeking an experienced developer to build a centralized POS and platform integration system that connects multiple existing tools into one unified user experience.
The role involves designing and developing a custom backend “control layer” that manages identity, permissions, business rules, transaction logic, and audit history, while orchestrating data and settlement across third‑party platforms including Cyclos (ledger and community credits), Brilliant Directories (member and business listings), Post Affiliate Pro (affiliate tracking), WordPress (content and onboarding), and CouponTools (coupon issuance and redemption). The developer will ensure that all transactions—potentially involving multiple parties, tender types, coupons, affiliates, and credits—are handled atomically, meaning all steps succeed or fail together with proper rollback if needed. The system must allow merchants, affiliates, and administrators to operate entirely from a single POS interface and dashboard without logging into multiple systems.
Deliverables include a production‑ready backend platform with documented APIs, secure authentication and role management, working integrations with the listed systems, transaction and settlement logic, and deployment documentation.
