Digital Ad Manager Needed — Pilot Campaign for Palisades Fire Claim Recovery (Google + Meta, aprox 2 Months)

Overview

I run a California public adjusting firm (SOS Public Adjusters, sosadj.com) that represents homeowners and businesses in property insurance claims.  We represent the clients NOT the insurance companies and we fight the insurance companies for a fair settlement on behalf of clients.  The website is www.sosadj.com

I'm launching a focused 2-month pilot ad campaign and need a freelancer or small team to build and run it. This is my first time advertising, so I want someone who sets it up cleanly, keeps me informed, and treats it as a measurable test we can scale if it works.

Who We're Trying to Reach

Anyone with a Palisades Fire (January 2025) insurance claim — both homeowners and business owners (including business-interruption / lost-income claims) in and around Pacific Palisades (ZIP 90272).

The core message: even if your insurer has already paid you, you may still be owed significant unpaid benefits on your policy — and we help recover them. We promote a free, no-obligation claim evaluation.

Time is critical — these opportunities diminish daily as claims close and deadlines pass, so I need someone who can move quickly.

PRIORITY #1 — Paid Search & Social Ads (the core of this job)

This is the main work and where I want to start:

  • Set up and manage Google Search ads targeting Palisades Fire / insurance-claim intent
  • Set up and manage Facebook + Instagram display ads with geographic and interest-based targeting
  • Drive leads to phone calls (805-380-6653) and a website form (sosadj.com), with conversion tracking on both
  • Provide a clean weekly reporting cadence and a cost-per-lead breakdown by channel
  • Recommend landing page improvements if needed to convert traffic

Ad spend budget: $4,000 total over two months. Please quote your management fee separately.

SECONDARY — Educational / UGC Video (want to explore, not the first priority)

I'm a believer in educational, informational video as a "back door" to lead generation — content that genuinely teaches viewers how to recover their unpaid benefits, then offers a soft path: "If this is too much or you get stuck, call us — we'll gladly help you figure it out, do it for you, or just coach you through it yourself. Your choice."

I'm also interested in AI-generated, UGC-style short videos (Instagram Reels / TikTok) and have seen workflow automations using Higgsfield and similar tools that I'd like to explore. Example of the style I have in mind: https://youtu.be/JH_rD5CQkLk?si=QtsIdjvW9Eb1sg_n

If you can produce or automate content like this, tell me — but understand the paid ads above come first.  I want someone to manage and run/set this up and automate it for us.

Open to What Works

I'm open to whatever platform or method delivers qualified leads cost-effectively. If you see a better channel, pitch it.

Compliance (important)

This is a regulated industry. California has specific rules governing how public adjusters may solicit business after a declared disaster. All ad copy, video scripts, and contact/follow-up flows must be reviewed and approved by me before going live. Experience with regulated, legal, or insurance advertising is a plus.

Ideal Freelancer

  • Proven Google Search + Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads results, ideally local/geo-targeted lead gen
  • Comfortable with conversion tracking (call + form)
  • Bonus: short-form / AI-generated UGC-style video and workflow automation experience
  • Communicates clearly and moves fast
  • Bonus: legal, insurance, home services, or disaster-recovery niche experience

To Apply Send a short note on your relevant experience, 1–2 examples of similar campaigns (paid search/social, and any AI/UGC video work), and your management fee for a $4,000 / 2-month ad spend.
