Digital Forensics & Cybersecurity Invest

1. Scope of Work
 
The Provider agrees to perform the following services for the Client:
Conduct digital forensics on specified devices, accounts, and systems to identify evidence of unauthorized access or compromise.
Investigate potential sources, methods, and timing of security breaches.
Provide a written report summarizing findings, with recommendations for remediation and future protection.
Preserve evidence in a manner consistent with best practices for potential legal use.
 
Note: Provider will not engage in offensive hacking, unlawful surveillance, or activities outside the scope of professional digital forensics and cybersecurity consulting.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Provider shall treat all information, data, accounts, and findings as strictly confidential.
Provider shall not disclose, publish, or communicate any confidential information to any third party without prior written consent from the Client, except as required by law or court order.
Provider shall not use Client’s information for any purpose other than fulfilling the Scope of Work.
Provider shall implement reasonable safeguards to protect the Client’s data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations shall remain in effect indefinitely, even after the termination of this Agreement.

3. Term & Termination
Services shall commence on (TBD) and continue until completion of the Scope of Work, unless terminated earlier by either party with ___ days’ written notice.
Upon termination, Provider shall return or securely destroy all confidential information belonging to the Client.
