Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert – Funnel-Focused eCommerce Marketing (Monthly + Performance Bonus)
We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook and Instagram Ads Expert to take full responsibility for performance marketing across our Shopify-based eCommerce brand. The ideal candidate will be an expert in full-funnel strategy, retargeting, campaign optimization, and creative execution — with a focus on driving scalable, profitable growth.
This is a monthly role with performance-based bonuses depending on ROAS, revenue milestones, and ad efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a complete Facebook/Instagram sales funnel (cold, warm, and hot audience layers)
- Launch and manage high-converting campaigns with structured retargeting (View Content, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase)
- Develop and direct high-performing ad creatives, including UGC, testimonial, urgency-based, and viral-style assets
- Continuously optimize ad structure, creatives, budgets, and audience segmentation based on real-time performance
- Collaborate with our Klaviyo/email expert to sync email flows and warm audience segments
- Implement and manage Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) to enhance retargeting efficiency
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights
- Deliver weekly reports with clear data, learnings, and improvement plans
Requirements:
- Proven success running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for eCommerce brands, ideally in the $100–$1,000/day budget range
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Conversion API integration
- Deep understanding of audience funneling, full-funnel retargeting, and campaign scaling
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce or direct high-converting ad creatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make performance-based decisions
- Bonus: Experience integrating Klaviyo audiences into Facebook Ads for enhanced targeting
Compensation & Terms:
- Monthly contract with clear scope and accountability
