DigitalOcean MVP + MySQL Import

I need a developer to quickly deploy an MVP on a DigitalOcean droplet.
I already have:
Tailwind HTML UI (prototype ready)
MySQL database backup that needs to be imported
I need help with:
Importing the MySQL database to the droplet
Minimal server configuration
Connecting the UI to the database through a lightweight backend API (FastAPI preferred, Node acceptable)
Basic deployment setup so core features run end-to-end
Goal: Fast working MVP — simple, clean setup — single droplet — no overengineering
