Project Overview:
Implement and customize Dolibarr ERP for an import/trade business.
Key Requirements:
Infrastructure: Install on AHost VPS with SSL and automated backups.
Warehouse & Serial Numbers: Set up unique barcode/serial number tracking for each item. Implement protection against double-scanning during inventory and dispatch. Mobile-friendly interface for smartphone camera scanning.
Financials: Configure Landed Costs using a combined method (by Volume for freight and by Value for insurance/fees).
Dynamic Equity: Set up a system for 5 investors with dynamic shares calculation based on dividend withdrawals.
Multi-currency: USD for purchasing and local currency for sales.
Roles: Specific access for Admin, Sales, and Warehouse Keeper (restricted financial visibility).
Workflow:
The project will be split into phases. Phase 1: Core setup and Warehouse. Phase 2: Advanced Financials and Equity.
