We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to join our team on a freelance basis.
Our company provides engineers and businesses with high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective industrial and electronic products.
We need a sales professional who can help us grow online sales, convert leads, and build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through email, chat, and calls
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase online revenue
- Process orders, quotations, and customer requests quickly and accurately
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and trends
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery, and after-sales support
Deliverables:
- Weekly and monthly sales reports
- Minimum number of converted leads per week (target-based)
- Improved listing performance (CTR, conversions, customer ratings)
- Timely and professional handling of all customer inquiries
- Updated and optimized product listings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify—any 2 required)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic or industrial components (advantage but not required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
- Can deliver results within agreed time frames
Expected Time Frame for Deliverables:
- Daily: Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, update product listings
- Weekly: Submit lead conversions and sales performance report
- Monthly: Achieve target sales and provide a summary review with recommendations
