Editing Testimonial videos for website

Currently only 1 video to edit as a trial but with view of this being a regular job. 

Looking for the editing of existing video footage of testimonials from customers. To be suitable to be uploaded to a WordPress based website, and also with potential for select short form clips to be used on social media platforms (primarily instagram and facebook).

Company is family run has these 5 core principles which would look to be highlighted where possible.
