We are looking for an experienced Freelance Email Marketing Specialist to support an individual consultant working with clients expanding internationally.
This project focuses on building a scalable, evergreen email marketing system that drives authority, lead nurturing, and conversions across international markets.


Scope of Work
Create a clear email marketing roadmap aligned with consulting and international expansion goals
Design and set up evergreen email automations (welcome, nurturing, authority-building, re-engagement, conversion)
Write high-converting email copy 
Adapt tone and messaging for audiences preparing to expand internationally
Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email structure for engagement and conversions

Required Experience
Proven experience in email marketing strategy, automation, and copywriting
Strong focus on conversion-driven email content
Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
Experience working with consultants, coaches, or professional services
Exposure to international expansion, cross-border, or B2B clients
Knowledge of GDPR-compliant email marketing practices
