I am not a lawyer; do you work with individuals needing legal help? I have an estate plan from a lawyer that I have rewritten to be in plain English. I want help ensuring that I haven't left anything out. I am in Tennessee and don't think that will be a problem. I want to get my estate plan where I would like it, and then I will have a TN lawyer formalize the final plan.
