Estimating-Cabinets for Multifamily

We are hiring an experienced Cabinet & Countertop Estimator / Takeoff Specialist to prepare detailed, accurate takeoffs for multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate can read architectural drawings, organize quantities by unit type and floor, and produce cabinet layouts when needed.
Responsibilities
Perform full takeoffs for:
Kitchen cabinets
Vanity cabinets
Countertops (kitchens + vanities)
Provide a detailed breakdown by unit type, by floor, and by individual unit
Estimate and document cabinet box details including:
Box sizes and measurements
Door & drawer count
Side panels, end panels, fillers, toe kicks, finished ends
Any other required cabinet components per plan
Countertop takeoff to include:
SF/LF quantities
Edges and backsplash (if applicable)
Cutouts (sinks, appliances, etc.)
Architectural Review / Drawings
We will provide architectural drawings including floor plans and elevations when available
If kitchen/vanity elevations are not provided, candidate must be able to create a kitchen cabinet layout drawing per unit model, based on the floor plans provided (typical multifamily unit types)
Deliverables
Organized takeoff package (Excel preferred) including:
Cabinet schedule by unit type
Detailed cabinet breakdown per unit
Countertop quantities
Layout drawings when required
Requirements
Proven experience with multifamily cabinet estimating / takeoffs
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistency across multiple unit types
