Need to create an excel on projections. The Headings should have Name of Case, Name of Broker, Effective Date of Coverage, Number of Lives Light Range, High Projection, Date Notification of Sale, Technology Platform, Subsidy for the Platfrom, Implementation Credit, Open Enrollment Dates, SCA sent out, SCA Received, Account manager, Implementaton Manager, Client Number Assigned, Dental Rep, Medical Rep. The only places for formulas are under Light Range and High Projection. The formula would be Number of Lives X .80 percent. And on the light range it would be times $100.00 and on the high range it woudl be Number of Lives X .80 x $125.00 dollars.
