We are looking to hire a part-time executive assistant with digital marketing & project management experience to assist an attorney/technology CEO.
Responsibilities:
* Review & respond to emails
* Coordinate calendar, initiate web calls for the CEO
* Write up project management tasks for a wide variety of projects & clients (software implementations, legal services, advisory services, etc.)
* Build websites, landing pages, funnels, ads and other lead generation tools
* Conduct outreach to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, & social media
* Edit videos for social media, ads, etc.
* Make travel arrangements
* Conduct research
Hours:
This is a remote role, typically working between 9am - 2pm Monday - Friday (Central timezone).
Requirements:
* Excellent written & verbal command of the English language
* Ability to track project deadlines & follow up on tasks proactively
* Ability to communicate with clients with grace, poise, & professionalism
* Excellent digital marketing skills to attract new clients for our legal practice, SaaS companies, & other ventures
