We are seeking an experienced Circle.so consultant to help us design, configure, and launch a new educational membership community.
We have selected Circle as our platform and are looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience who can help us build the platform correctly from the outset, avoid common mistakes, and significantly reduce the time required to get the community launch-ready.
About Us
We are launching a private educational membership community that will provide:
- Structured learning programmes
- Live events and webinars
- Community discussions
- Resource libraries
- Knowledge sharing
- Member support and engagement
We already have team members responsible for:
- Lesson planning and educational content
- Member support and engagement
- Community management
- Administration and onboarding
We are therefore looking specifically for someone to assist with the technical setup, structure, configuration, and best-practice implementation of Circle.
Scope of Work
The successful applicant will help us:
- Review our requirements and recommend the optimal Circle structure
- Configure spaces and community architecture
- Set up onboarding journeys and member flows
- Configure permissions, access groups, and member roles
- Set up courses, learning areas, and content organisation
- Configure events and calendar functionality
- Create resource and knowledge-base structures
- Configure branding and platform settings
- Recommend best practices for member engagement and retention
- Provide guidance and training to our team
- Support testing prior to launch
Essential Experience
Applicants must have proven experience with Circle.so.
Please include:
- How many Circle communities you have personally built or configured
- Examples of Circle communities you have worked on
- Experience with educational, coaching, learning, or membership-based communities
- Experience configuring onboarding and course delivery
- Experience with community growth and engagement strategies
- Any experience with Circle AI functionality (desirable but not essential)
Communication Requirements
As this role involves working closely with our team, applicants must have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
You should be comfortable:
- Participating in video calls in English
- Explaining technical concepts clearly
- Providing written recommendations and documentation
- Training non-technical team members where required
Applications that do not demonstrate a good standard of written English are unlikely to be considered.
