What I’m Looking For
The ideal specialist should have:
* Established SMTP infrastructure with a good sender reputation
* Strong knowledge of email deliverability and mailbox-provider filtering
* Experience with U.S. consumer mailbox providers
* Proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration
* Knowledge of IP and domain reputation management
* Bounce and complaint management
* Experience monitoring delivery and spam-folder placement
* Knowledge of responsible sending practices and applicable email regulations
* Ability to diagnose and improve legitimate email campaigns that are being filtered into spam or junk folders
I am not looking for spam-filter bypassing or guaranteed delivery claims. I understand that no SMTP provider can guarantee that every message will reach the inbox because each mailbox provider independently determines how messages are filtered.
What I am looking for is an experienced professional with established infrastructure and demonstrable deliverability expertise who can help maximize legitimate inbox placement while maintaining good sender reputation.
