We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of launching, managing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns with measurable results.


This role requires a strategic thinker who can turn data into actionable insights and drive real ROI from ad spend.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, create, and manage effective Facebook advertising campaigns tailored to specific goals (e.g. leads, sales, awareness)


  • Conduct detailed audience and market research to guide campaign direction


  • Set up tracking (Facebook Pixel, custom conversions, etc.) and ensure accurate attribution


  • Continuously test ad creatives, targeting, placements, and funnels for better performance


  • Analyze and report on key campaign metrics such as:


     CTR (Click-Through Rate) – how often people click your ad

CPC (Cost Per Click) – what you pay for each click


ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) – revenue earned per dollar spent


CPM (Cost Per Mille) – cost per 1,000 impressions


    CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) – cost to acquire a new customer


    CVR (Conversion Rate) – percentage of clicks that convert


  • Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions


  • Stay updated with Facebook’s advertising policies, algorithm changes, and new features


Required Skills:


  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook ad buying


  • Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager tools


  • Strong understanding of paid media analytics and performance metrics


  • Ability to make data-driven decisions quickly and effectively


  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple campaigns at once


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Bonus Skills:


  • Familiarity with ad creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)


  • Experience managing ad campaigns across Instagram, Google, or TikTok


  • Understanding of landing page optimization and basic funnel strategy
