Facebook Neighborhood Group Roofing Lead Finder – $25 Per Qualified Lead
We are looking for someone to monitor local Facebook neighborhood, community, homeowner, and recommendation groups throughout Maine and New Hampshire and identify homeowners who are actively looking for a roofer.
This is a performance-based position. There is no hourly pay or retainer.
Pay: $25 per verified qualified lead
A qualified lead is a homeowner who is actively looking for help with a roofing need, such as:
- Roof replacement
- Roof repair
- Roof leak
- Missing or damaged shingles
- Storm damage
- Roofing estimate
- Looking for roofer recommendations
Your job will be to find relevant homeowner posts in local Facebook groups, reach out appropriately, confirm they are genuinely interested in speaking with a roofing company, and provide us with their contact information and details about the roofing need.
You must use your own Facebook account and join/manage the groups yourself. Do not spam groups or post misleading advertisements.
Each lead should include:
Homeowner name, town, phone/email if available, roofing need, original Facebook post/group, and notes from your conversation.
We are looking for someone who can consistently monitor many local groups and respond quickly when roofing opportunities are posted.
When applying, please explain how many Facebook groups you currently have access to or believe you can monitor in Maine and New Hampshire, and how you would turn a roofing-related post into a qualified lead.
