COMPENSATION: $3.00 - $7.00 per hour, ONLY when your market yields that much; meaning, if you live in Africa, Asia, or South-East Asia a fix rate to that market will be adjusted lower or higher. Your compensation will reflect your current market for this engagement, job. Meaning, whatever you would be paid in your country to do this job, we will pay you the same. We are not paying US or European or Gulf countries, or Australian, Singapore, or New Zealand wages if you are not living and operating your Freelance service from any of the aforementioned countries. When you are not in those very expensive, high-cost-of-living-markets, you will be paid whatever your country's market mandates. Do you understand?

Your English communication competency, coupled with your expressed expertise in FB and Instagram ad posting. While we are in a Google Meet, you will be REQUIRED to guide me Online, on-screen on placing the mandatory Ads. You must be proficient, skilled of how to accomplish this, seamlessly.
