I am seeking a U.S.-licensed attorney (any state) with experience in federal civil rights litigation to review a drafted complaint involving alleged discrimination and retaliation by a state government entity.

The matter involves potential claims under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, including allegations of discriminatory treatment based on race and/or national origin, retaliation following protected activity, and denial of fair administrative process.

A complete federal complaint has already been drafted and is ready for legal review prior to filing in U.S. District Court.

I am seeking:

  • A substantive review of the complaint for legal sufficiency and federal pleading standards (including Rule 12(b)(6) risk assessment)
  • Evaluation of the strength and viability of the claims
  • Identification of weaknesses, missing elements, or jurisdictional issues
  • Guidance on whether the matter is suitable for filing as drafted or requires revision
  • Potential representation or co-representation in federal court
  • If needed, coordination or collaboration with counsel admitted in the relevant jurisdiction (Tennessee)

Jurisdiction involves a state government entity in Tennessee; I am currently located in Florida.

This is a serious federal civil rights matter, and I am specifically seeking attorneys experienced in litigation against public institutions.

The full complaint can be provided privately for review upon request.
