Federal Civil Rights Complaint Review

I am seeking a U.S.-licensed attorney (any state) with experience in federal civil rights litigation to review a drafted complaint involving alleged discrimination and retaliation by a state government entity.
The matter involves potential claims under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, including allegations of discriminatory treatment based on race and/or national origin, retaliation following protected activity, and denial of fair administrative process.
A complete federal complaint has already been drafted and is ready for legal review prior to filing in U.S. District Court.
