Fix Email Errors & Ensure Inbox Placemen

I’m looking for a highly experienced Email Deliverability Specialist with deep technical expertise in configuring and optimizing email systems to achieve consistent inbox placement. If you have a proven track record of diagnosing deliverability issues, correcting authentication errors, and ensuring that email campaigns and transactional messages always reach the recipient’s inbox (not the spam folder), I want to work with you.

Scope of Work:

The selected expert will:
Conduct a full audit of current email infrastructure and sending domains
Identify all deliverability issues, including DNS misconfigurations and reputation problems
Configure, repair, or optimize:
SPF
DKIM
DMARC
BIMI (if applicable)
Reverse DNS / PTR
MX Records
Mail server settings
Ensure proper domain alignment and eliminate all related authentication errors
Improve and validate domain reputation and IP reputation
Configure feedback loops, monitoring tools, and best-practice sending protocols
Test inbox placement across major ISPs (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)
Provide recommendations for ongoing sending practices to maintain high deliverability

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience fixing deliverability issues for businesses
Expertise with major ESPs, SMTP servers, DNS hosting dashboards, and authentication systems
Ability to troubleshoot spam triggers, reputation loss, and blocklisting issues
Understanding of ISP-specific filtering behaviors and compliance standards
Experience with tools like Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, or custom SMTP setups
Ability to produce a clear before/after report of corrections made and improvements achieved
