Looking for an architect with experience in drafting commercial properties, like strip centers, grocery stores, and is able to expand on an existing design that we already have. This design is about 55x125. We would like to expand it to 75 x 12t or so. We need to show different sections within, like bathroom for customers, office, store room, retail space. Space for coolers etc. Will require a site plan, showing car parking, and some landscaping showing plants and flowers etc. A 2d or 3d presentation will be produced as well, to show as to how the end product will look like.
