We are looking for a driven and capable trader to join a collaboration. What we offer is a simple and stable setup: we ask you to open one to two trades per day on a provided demo account, with a modest target of just 3–5 pips.
We offer a fixed monthly base compensation, supplemented by a bonus structure that depends on the consistency and quality of your results. The longer you maintain high-quality trades, the more attractive the rewards will become. Our goal is to build a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership.
Opening 1–2 trades per day with a 3–5 pip (30–50 mpips) target is a very modest expectation—something both average and experienced traders should be able to achieve consistently. However, there are a few conditions tied to this collaboration:
1. Trades should not remain open longer than necessary. For such a small target, we expect them to reach their goal within a reasonable time frame.
2. Quality over quantity. Every trade must have a clear technical or fundamental basis—random or speculative entries are not acceptable.
3. Active monitoring is expected. If it becomes clear that a trade will no longer hit its target, we expect swift and appropriate action to prevent unnecessary losses.
4. Timing is critical. Because of the small target, there’s a risk that the opportunity has already passed by the time you place the trade. We expect you to take that into account before execution.
5. Due to the low and realistic target, we expect a high win rate.
6. All trades must be executed directly on the demo account we provide. This allows us to monitor your performance in real time without delays or miscommunication.
7. We require a 2-week trial period to assess whether you can meet these expectations before finalizing the agreement.
