📌Job Description: Fractional CFO for Capital‑Readiness & Institutional Funding

Worldwide VIP Access is seeking a Fractional CFO who can take full ownership of our capital‑readiness, financial packaging, and lender‑facing strategy as we secure working capital through IBank, SSBCI, and related loan‑guarantee programs.

This is not a bookkeeping or controller role.This is a strategic finance operator who understands how to structure a business for institutional approval, build lender‑ready financial systems, and guide the company through underwriting.

We are a tech‑enabled entertainment and hospitality platform operating across Nashville (HQ), Las Vegas, California, and Australia, supported by SCORE.org  advisors and multiple industry partners. Your mandate is to translate our operational model into a clean, compliant, lender‑ready financial engine.


📌 ResponsibilitiesCapital‑Readiness & Lender Strategy

  • Build and refine lender‑ready financial statements, projections, and capital‑use models

  • Prepare funding packets for IBank, SSBCI‑backed lenders, and private debt partners

  • Structure the business for DSCR‑based underwriting and asset‑based lending

  • Support lender conversations, underwriting requests, and due‑diligence reviews

Financial Modeling & Forecasting

  • Develop 12–36 month financial models aligned with our multi‑market operations

  • Build revenue models for Nashville, Las Vegas, California, and Australia

  • Integrate automation‑driven workflows (Pine19.ai) into financial assumptions

  • Stress‑test scenarios and validate scalability assumptions

Operational Finance Architecture

  • Establish GAAP‑aligned financial controls and reporting systems

  • Build the Borrowing Base framework (Eligible vs. Ineligible inventory)

  • Support the hiring and onboarding of the Director of Inventory Capital

  • Ensure financial systems meet lender expectations for transparency and compliance

Strategic Advisory

  • Advise on capital stack strategy (government‑backed + private + institutional)

  • Support partnership structuring, vendor agreements, and inventory financing

  • Provide ongoing financial oversight as capital is deployed


📌 Required Experience

  • Proven experience securing working capital, ABL, government‑backed financing, or loan‑guarantee programs

  • Strong understanding of underwriting, lender psychology, and institutional packaging

  • Ability to build clean, lender‑ready financial models and reporting systems

  • Experience with multi‑market or multi‑entity operations

  • Excellent communication and ability to operate independently


📌 Preferred Experience

  • Entertainment, hospitality, ticketing, or marketplace operations

  • Experience with IBank, SSBCI, or similar guarantee‑backed programs

  • Familiarity with automation‑driven operations (AI workflows, dashboards, etc.)



📌 What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • A complete lender‑ready financial model

  • GAAP‑aligned financial controls

  • DSCR‑aligned projections

  • Borrowing Base + eligibility structure

  • Full funding packet prepared

  • Support through lender conversations and underwriting

  • Approval of the initial facility


 Milestones (Performance‑Aligned)

These are tied to deliverables, not hours.

Milestone 1 — Capital‑Readiness Packet Completed

Includes:• lender‑ready model• DSCR projections• Borrowing Base framework• eligibility rules• financial controls

Milestone 2 — Submission to Lenders

Includes:• packet finalization• lender Q&A• underwriting support

This is the milestone that matters most.It aligns incentives without requiring equity.


 Success Fee (Only on Approval)

0.5% – 1.25% of the approved facility  Paid ONLY when:• the lender signs• the facility is approved• funds are allocated
