We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive to support our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) expansion across global markets.


This is a remote contract role focused on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and supporting the sales process.


Project Overview

Our HRMS is a SaaS platform designed to help businesses streamline HR operations, including:

  1. Employee Management
  2. Attendance Tracking
  3. Payroll Processing
  4. Leave Management
  5. Performance Tracking
  6. Reporting & Analytics


Scope of Work

  1. Research and identify potential businesses (startups, SMEs, enterprises)
  2. Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other professional channels
  3. Qualify leads and schedule product demo meetings
  4. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update progress regularly
  5. Support ongoing communication with interested clients


Compensation

  1. Fixed monthly payment: $200
  2. Potential for long-term engagement based on performance
