We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive to support our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) expansion across global markets.
This is a remote contract role focused on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and supporting the sales process.
Project Overview
Our HRMS is a SaaS platform designed to help businesses streamline HR operations, including:
- Employee Management
- Attendance Tracking
- Payroll Processing
- Leave Management
- Performance Tracking
- Reporting & Analytics
Scope of Work
- Research and identify potential businesses (startups, SMEs, enterprises)
- Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other professional channels
- Qualify leads and schedule product demo meetings
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update progress regularly
- Support ongoing communication with interested clients
Compensation
- Fixed monthly payment: $200
- Potential for long-term engagement based on performance
- Required Skills
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or B2B lead generation tools
- Self-driven and able to work independently
