What you'll do:
• Provide fitness or wellness sessions (15–30 mins, online or offline)
• Offer simple routines around stretching, mobility, habits, or mindfulness
Example sessions:
• “15-minute morning stretch for people who sit all day”
• “Private yoga or pilates session for total beginners”
• “Healthy habits kickstart: 3-day plan + strategy call”
