We are building a modern, AI-inspired Job Portal platform and looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer to bring it to life.
The website includes:
- Login & Registration interface
- Employer & Job Seeker Dashboards
- CV upload and parsing (PDF, DOCX)
- Smart matching system to analyze and compare CVs to job descriptions, and highlight top candidates based on relevance.
You will work on building the UI and implementing JavaScript logic to parse CV text, compare it with job descriptions, and calculate match percentages using basic keyword analysis (e.g., cosine similarity, keyword overlap, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Design responsive RTL-compatible layouts (Arabic support).
- Build interactive login/register forms.
- Develop dashboards for employers and job seekers.
- Integrate PDF.js or similar to extract text from uploaded resumes.
- Implement a matching algorithm (e.g., keyword comparison) to rank candidates.
- Display match scores and highlight top candidates.
